Air Fried Fish Po Boys
A delicious and healthier take on the classic Po Boy sandwich, using air-fried fish.

Main Ingredients
- 4 fillets White fish (like cod or tilapia)
- 1 cup Buttermilk
- 1 cup Cornmeal
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
- 4 Hoagie rolls
- 1 cup Shredded lettuce
- 1 Tomato, sliced
- 0.5 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Hot sauce
1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the buttermilk and hot sauce. Add the fish fillets and let them soak for 10 minutes.
3. In another bowl, combine the cornmeal, flour, and Cajun seasoning.
4. Dredge the soaked fish fillets in the cornmeal mixture, ensuring they are well-coated.
5. Place the coated fish fillets in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
6. While the fish is cooking, toast the hoagie rolls in the oven or a toaster.
7. Spread mayonnaise on each hoagie roll, then layer with shredded lettuce, tomato slices, and the cooked fish fillets.
8. Serve immediately and enjoy!
