Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb sea scallops fresh or thawed
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs Panko preferred
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Pat the scallops dry with paper towels.
  4. Brush the scallops with olive oil.
  5. Coat each scallop in the breadcrumb mixture.
  6. Place the breaded scallops in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and cooked through.
  8. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
