Main Ingredients
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined butterflied
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 eggs beaten
Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Dip each shrimp into the beaten eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
Place shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Lightly spray with olive oil.
Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
