Ingredients

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined butterflied
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 eggs beaten

Instructions 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Dip each shrimp into the beaten eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Place shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Lightly spray with olive oil.
  5. Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
