Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Pork Tenderloin thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup Soy Sauce
  • ¼ cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  2. 2. Add the thinly sliced pork tenderloin to the bowl and mix well to coat the pork evenly.
  3. 3. Cover the bowl and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
  4. 4. Preheat your air fryer oven to 160°F (70°C).
  5. 5. Arrange the marinated pork slices in a single layer on the air fryer racks.
  6. 6. Cook in the air fryer oven for 2 hours, flipping the slices halfway through the cooking time.
  7. 7. Once done, let the pork jerky cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
