Main Ingredients
- 14 oz canned salmon drained and flaked
- 1 egg beaten
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- ¼ cup onion finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.
Shape the mixture into patties.
Place the patties in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
