Ingredients 

Shrimp Tacos

  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 8 pieces Tortillas
  • 1 cup Shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup Diced tomatoes
  • 0.5 cup Sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice

Instructions 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp, olive oil, chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, and salt. Toss to coat.
  3. Place shrimp in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  4. Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or in the microwave.
  5. Assemble tacos by placing shrimp on tortillas and topping with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, sour cream, and a squeeze of lime juice.
