Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 8 oz Rice noodles
  • 6 cups Beef broth
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger, grated
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Carrots, julienned
  • 1 cup Bean sprouts
  • 1 cup Cilantro, chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a large pot, bring beef broth to a boil. Add soy sauce, fish sauce, ginger, and garlic. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. 3. Add beef slices to the pot and cook until just done, about 3-5 minutes.
  4. 4. Add carrots and cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. 5. Divide cooked rice noodles into bowls. Ladle soup over noodles.
  6. 6. Top with bean sprouts, green onions, cilantro, and lime wedges. Serve hot.
