- 1 lb Beef sirloin, cut into cubes
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds
1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, garlic, and ginger.
2. Add beef cubes to the marinade and let sit for at least 15 minutes.
3. Thread beef onto skewers.
4. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
5. Grill skewers for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until beef is cooked through.
6. Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
