Marinade
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 2 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 4 pieces pork chops
In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, hoisin sauce, honey, rice vinegar, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
Place pork chops in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish. Pour marinade over the pork chops, ensuring they are well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
Preheat grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Remove pork chops from marinade, letting excess drip off.
Grill or cook pork chops for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through and internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
Let pork chops rest for 3 minutes before serving.
