Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 head Cabbage leaves separated
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger grated
  • 1 cup Carrots shredded
  • 2 tablespoon Green Onions chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
  2. 2. Add ground beef, cook until browned. Stir in soy sauce.
  3. 3. Add shredded carrots and cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Remove from heat, stir in chopped green onions.
  5. 5. Spoon the beef mixture into cabbage leaves, wrap and serve.
