Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 pcs avocados diced
  • 1 cup lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 cup tomatoes diced
  • ½ cup red onion finely chopped
  • 1 pc jalapeño seeded and minced
  • ¼ cup cilantro chopped
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine shrimp and lime juice. Let it sit for 10 minutes to allow the shrimp to 'cook' in the lime juice.
  2. 2. Add the diced avocados, tomatoes, red onion, jalapeño, and cilantro to the bowl. Mix gently to combine.
  3. 3. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
