Ingredients

  • 4 fillets White fish such as cod or tilapia
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 4 buns Sandwich buns
  • 1 cup Lettuce shredded
  • 1 cup Tomato sliced
  • ½ cup Tartar sauce

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine breadcrumbs, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Brush the fish fillets with olive oil and coat them with the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Place the coated fish fillets on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until the fish is cooked through.
  5. Toast the sandwich buns in the oven for the last 5 minutes of the fish cooking time.
  6. Assemble the sandwiches by placing a fish fillet on each bun, then topping with lettuce, tomato, and tartar sauce.
