Main Ingredients
- 4 fillets Rainbow Trout fresh
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley chopped
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and lightly grease it with a bit of olive oil.
Place the trout fillets on the prepared baking sheet.
Drizzle the olive oil over the fillets, and season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
Sprinkle the minced garlic and chopped parsley over the fillets.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
Serve hot with your favorite side dishes.
