Baked Pork Chops and Rice Recipe

- 4 pork chops
- 1 cup uncooked rice
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the rice, chicken broth, cream of mushroom soup, salt, and pepper.
Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
Place the pork chops on top of the rice mixture.
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil.
Bake in the preheated oven for 50 minutes, or until the pork chops are cooked through and the rice is tender.
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes to brown the pork chops.
