  • 4 pork chops bone-in or boneless
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Rub the pork chops with olive oil.
  3. Mix garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Sprinkle the mixture evenly over both sides of the pork chops.
  4. Place the pork chops in a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  5. Let the pork chops rest for 5 minutes before serving.
