  2. Season the pork chops with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Place the pork chops in a baking dish.
  4. Spread the sauerkraut evenly over the pork chops.
  5. Sprinkle caraway seeds over the sauerkraut.
  6. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until the pork chops are cooked through.
  8. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes to brown the top.
