  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 16 oz Velveeta Cheese cubed
  • 10 oz Rotel Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilies drained
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper to the beef. Stir well.
  4. In a baking dish, combine the cooked beef, Velveeta cheese, Rotel tomatoes, and shredded cheddar cheese.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Stir the dip well before serving. Serve hot with tortilla chips.
