  • 4 fillets Salmon
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 lemon Lemon, sliced

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place salmon fillets on a large piece of aluminum foil.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the salmon and sprinkle with minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Place lemon slices on top of the salmon fillets.
  5. Fold the foil over the salmon to create a sealed packet.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
  7. Carefully open the foil packet and serve the salmon hot.
