Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, melted butter, lemon juice, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Place scallops in a baking dish. Sprinkle the bread crumb mixture evenly over the scallops.
Bake in the preheated oven until scallops are opaque and topping is golden brown, about 15 minutes.
