Ingredients

  • 1 lb sea scallops
  • ½ cup bread crumbs
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, melted butter, lemon juice, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place scallops in a baking dish. Sprinkle the bread crumb mixture evenly over the scallops.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven until scallops are opaque and topping is golden brown, about 15 minutes.
