- 12 pieces Clams cleaned and shucked
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- ¼ cup Parsley chopped
- ¼ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine breadcrumbs, olive oil, minced garlic, chopped parsley, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper.
Spoon the mixture into the clamshells, pressing down lightly to pack the stuffing.
Place the stuffed clams on a baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
