- 12 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoon butter, melted
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
- to taste salt and pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine breadcrumbs, melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper.
Butterfly the shrimp by cutting along the back and spread them open. Place them in a baking dish.
Spoon the breadcrumb mixture onto each shrimp, pressing lightly to adhere.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the shrimp are cooked through and the topping is golden brown.
Serve hot with lemon wedges on the side.
