Ingredients

  • 12 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine breadcrumbs, melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper.
  3. Butterfly the shrimp by cutting along the back and spread them open. Place them in a baking dish.
  4. Spoon the breadcrumb mixture onto each shrimp, pressing lightly to adhere.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the shrimp are cooked through and the topping is golden brown.
  6. Serve hot with lemon wedges on the side.
