  • 200 g Pork grilled or roasted
  • 1 cup Pickled Vegetables carrots and daikon
  • 1 cup Cucumber sliced
  • 1 bunch Cilantro fresh
  • 4 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce

Instructions 

  1. 1. Slice the baguette into 4 pieces and toast lightly.
  2. 2. Spread mayonnaise on each piece of baguette.
  3. 3. Layer the grilled pork, pickled vegetables, cucumber, and cilantro on the baguette.
  4. 4. Drizzle with soy sauce and serve immediately.
