Ingredients

  • 3 pounds beef chuck roast
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Place beef chuck roast in a slow cooker.
  2. 2. Add barbecue sauce, beef broth, chopped onion, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper.
  3. 3. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until beef is tender.
  4. 4. Shred beef with two forks and serve on sandwich buns.
