- 2 lbs Beef brisket
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Rub the beef brisket with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
Place the brisket on the grill and cook for 30 minutes on each side.
Check the internal temperature with a meat thermometer. It should read 160°F (71°C).
Remove from grill and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
