  • 1 rack Lamb about 8 ribs
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
  • 2 tablespoon BBQ sauce

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. 2. Rub the lamb rack with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  3. 3. Place the lamb on a baking tray and roast for 20 minutes.
  4. 4. Brush the lamb with BBQ sauce and continue roasting for another 10 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  5. 5. Let the lamb rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
