Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef (sliced thin) You can use flank steak or sirloin.
  • 2 cups Broccoli florets
  • 3 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch Mixed with 2 tablespoon water to make a slurry.
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger (minced)

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Add the beef slices and stir-fry until browned. Remove and set aside.
  3. 3. In the same wok, add another tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 30 seconds.
  4. 4. Add broccoli florets and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  5. 5. Return the beef to the wok. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch slurry. Stir well to combine.
  6. 6. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens. Serve hot.
