Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef ground
  • 8 oz Egg Noodles
  • 1 cup Beef Broth
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. 3. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until the onion is soft.
  4. 4. Stir in the beef broth and bring to a simmer.
  5. 5. Reduce heat and stir in the sour cream. Cook until heated through.
  6. 6. Add the cooked egg noodles to the skillet and toss to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
