  • 4 stalks Scallions cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Mirin
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Lay the beef slices flat and place a piece of scallion on each slice. Roll up tightly.
  2. 2. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the beef rolls and cook until browned on all sides.
  3. 3. Add soy sauce, mirin, and sugar to the skillet. Cook until the sauce thickens and coats the rolls.
  4. 4. Serve hot.
