- 1 lb Beef Stew Meat cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 cups Carrots sliced
- 2 cups Potatoes diced
- 1 cup Celery sliced
- 1 cup Onion chopped
- 4 cups Beef Broth
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
1. In a large pot, brown the beef over medium heat.
2. Add the onions and cook until softened.
3. Stir in the carrots, potatoes, and celery.
4. Pour in the beef broth and add the salt, pepper, and thyme.
5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30-40 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
