- 4 lb Beef Brisket
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Black Pepper
- 2 cups Beef Broth
Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
Rub the brisket with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Place the brisket in a roasting pan and pour the beef broth around it.
Cover the pan with foil and bake for 4 hours.
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 30 minutes to brown the top.
Let the brisket rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
