Beef Bulgogi Recipe

Marinade
- 1 lb Beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup Soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon Sugar
- 2 tablespoon Sesame oil
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Ginger, minced
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 medium Onion, thinly sliced
- 2 stalks Green onions, chopped
1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and black pepper.
2. Add the beef slices to the marinade and mix well. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
3. Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the beef slices until they are fully cooked, about 2-3 minutes per side.
4. Add the sliced onion and green onions to the skillet and cook for another 2 minutes.
5. Serve hot with rice or lettuce wraps.
