Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Beef stew meat
- 1 medium Onion chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 4 cups Beef broth
- 1 small Cabbage chopped
- 2 medium Carrots sliced
- 2 tablespoon Tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper to taste
1. In a large pot, brown the beef stew meat over medium heat.
2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and cook until the onion is translucent.
3. Pour in the beef broth and bring to a boil.
4. Add the chopped cabbage, sliced carrots, and tomato paste. Stir well.
5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
6. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 45 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
