Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink.
3. Add beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder. Simmer for 10 minutes.
4. Place hoagie rolls on a baking sheet. Fill each roll with beef mixture and top with a slice of provolone cheese.
5. Bake in preheated oven for 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
6. Serve warm with remaining beef broth mixture for dipping.
