  • 1 lb Beef thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Beef Broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 4 Hoagie Rolls split
  • 4 slices Provolone Cheese

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. 2. In a skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink.
  3. 3. Add beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. 4. Place hoagie rolls on a baking sheet. Fill each roll with beef mixture and top with a slice of provolone cheese.
  5. 5. Bake in preheated oven for 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
  6. 6. Serve warm with remaining beef broth mixture for dipping.
