Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 cup Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Tomato sauce
  • 8 pieces Tortillas
  • 2 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add chopped onion and garlic to the skillet. Cook until onion is translucent.
  4. Stir in chili powder, cumin, salt, and tomato sauce. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Fill each tortilla with beef mixture and some shredded cheese. Roll up and place in a baking dish.
  6. Pour remaining sauce over the enchiladas and top with remaining cheese.
  7. Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
