Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Beef (top round or flank steak) sliced thinly against the grain
  • ½ cup Soy Sauce
  • ½ cup Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 2 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large bowl, combine soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, honey, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
  2. 2. Add the sliced beef to the marinade, ensuring each piece is well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours, preferably overnight.
  3. 3. Preheat your oven to 175°F (80°C). Place a wire rack on a baking sheet.
  4. 4. Arrange the marinated beef slices on the wire rack in a single layer.
  5. 5. Bake for 3-4 hours, or until the beef is dry and chewy but not crispy.
  6. 6. Let the jerky cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
