Main Ingredients
- 2 lbs Beef (top round or flank steak) sliced thinly against the grain
- ½ cup Soy Sauce
- ½ cup Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 2 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
1. In a large bowl, combine soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, honey, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
2. Add the sliced beef to the marinade, ensuring each piece is well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours, preferably overnight.
3. Preheat your oven to 175°F (80°C). Place a wire rack on a baking sheet.
4. Arrange the marinated beef slices on the wire rack in a single layer.
5. Bake for 3-4 hours, or until the beef is dry and chewy but not crispy.
6. Let the jerky cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
