Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Beef chuck cut into bite-sized pieces
- 8 cups Beef broth
- 2 cups Water
- 1 cup Carrots sliced
- 1 cup Celery sliced
- 1 cup Onion chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper to taste
- 8 oz Egg noodles
1. In a large pot, heat some oil over medium heat. Add beef and cook until browned.
2. Add onions and garlic, cook until fragrant.
3. Pour in beef broth and water. Bring to a boil.
4. Add carrots, celery, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 20 minutes.
5. Add egg noodles and cook until tender, about 10 minutes.
6. Serve hot and enjoy!
