Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef Flank Steak thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Spinach fresh
  • ½ cup Feta Cheese crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lay the beef flank steak flat on a cutting board and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Spread the spinach and feta cheese evenly over the steak.
  4. Roll the steak up tightly and secure with kitchen twine.
  5. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the rolled steak on all sides.
  6. Transfer the seared steak to a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes.
  7. Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing into pinwheels.
