Ingredients 

Beef Ribs

  • 2 kg Beef Ribs
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Rub the beef ribs with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Wrap the ribs in aluminum foil and place them on a baking tray.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 3 hours.
  5. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 30 minutes to get a nice crust.
  6. Let the ribs rest for 10 minutes before serving.
