Beef Ribs
- 2 kg Beef Ribs
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
Rub the beef ribs with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Wrap the ribs in aluminum foil and place them on a baking tray.
Bake in the preheated oven for 3 hours.
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 30 minutes to get a nice crust.
Let the ribs rest for 10 minutes before serving.
