Instructions
1. In a frying pan, cook ground beef until browned. Add onion, garlic, and ginger. Cook until onion is soft.
2. Add garam masala, cumin, coriander, salt, and pepper. Stir well. Add peas and cook for another 2 minutes. Set aside to cool.
3. In a mixing bowl, combine flour and salt. Add oil and water, mix to form a dough. Knead until smooth. Divide into small balls.
4. Roll each ball into a thin circle. Cut in half to form semi-circles. Fold each semi-circle into a cone, sealing the edge with water.
5. Fill each cone with the beef mixture. Seal the top edge with water.
6. Heat oil in a frying pan. Fry samosas until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
