Main Ingredients
- 500 g Beef sirloin cut into thin strips
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon Peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon Lime juice
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon Chili powder
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
1. In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, peanut butter, lime juice, garlic, ground coriander, ground cumin, turmeric powder, chili powder, and vegetable oil.
2. Add the beef strips to the marinade and mix well. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
4. Thread the marinated beef strips onto skewers.
5. Grill the beef skewers for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your liking.
6. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
