- 2 lbs Beef Shank cut into chunks
- 4 cups Beef Broth
- 2 Carrots sliced
- 2 Celery Stalks sliced
- 1 Onion chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 Potatoes diced
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
- 1 teaspoon Dried Rosemary
1. In a large pot, brown the beef shank chunks over medium heat.
2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, cook until softened.
3. Pour in the beef broth and bring to a boil.
4. Add the carrots, celery, potatoes, salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary.
5. Reduce heat and let it simmer for about 2 hours, or until the beef is tender.
6. Adjust seasoning if necessary and serve hot.
