Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef Stew Meat cut into chunks
  • 2 cups Beef Broth
  • 3 Carrots sliced
  • 3 Potatoes diced
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon Tomato Paste
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add beef and cook until browned on all sides.
  3. 3. Add onions and garlic, cook until softened.
  4. 4. Stir in tomato paste, cook for another minute.
  5. 5. Pour in beef broth, add carrots and potatoes.
  6. 6. Season with salt and pepper. Bring to a boil.
  7. 7. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 2 hours.
  8. 8. Serve hot and enjoy!
