Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef sirloin sliced into thin strips
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 1 cup Beef broth
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Flour
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper to taste
  • 8 oz Mushrooms sliced

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add onions and cook until soft.
  2. 2. Add beef strips and cook until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. 3. In the same skillet, add mushrooms and cook until soft.
  4. 4. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute. Gradually add beef broth, stirring constantly until thickened.
  5. 5. Return beef to skillet. Stir in sour cream and mustard. Cook until heated through. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. 6. Serve hot over noodles or rice.
