Ingredients

  • 500 g Beef Sirloin thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup Soy Sauce
  • ¼ cup Mirin
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger grated

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, mirin, and sugar. Stir until sugar is dissolved.
  2. 2. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add beef slices to the skillet and cook until browned.
  4. 4. Pour the sauce mixture over the beef. Cook until the sauce thickens and coats the beef.
  5. 5. Serve hot with steamed rice.
