Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Beef tips
- 8 oz Egg noodles
- 1 cup Beef broth
- 1 cup Sour cream
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add beef tips and cook until browned on all sides.
3. Remove beef from skillet and set aside.
4. In the same skillet, add onions and garlic, cook until softened.
5. Return beef to skillet, add beef broth, and bring to a simmer.
6. Reduce heat and let it cook for 30 minutes.
7. Cook egg noodles according to package instructions.
8. Stir in sour cream into the beef mixture and cook for another 5 minutes.
9. Serve beef tips over egg noodles.
