Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Beef tips cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup Beef broth
- 1 cup Water
- 1 cup Rice uncooked
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 medium Onion chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add beef tips and cook until browned on all sides.
3. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, cook until onion is translucent.
4. Pour in beef broth and water, bring to a boil.
5. Stir in rice, reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes or until rice is tender.
6. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve hot.
