Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Beef tips cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup Beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 medium Onion chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper to taste
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Add beef tips and cook until browned on all sides.
Remove beef from skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add chopped onion and cook until translucent.
Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
Return beef to the skillet and add beef broth and Worcestershire sauce.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Simmer on low heat for 30 minutes, or until beef is tender.
