Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Beef sirloin, cut into bite-sized pieces
- ¼ cup Soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon Mirin
- 2 tablespoon Sake
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Ginger, grated
- 1 bunch Green onions, cut into 1-inch pieces
1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, mirin, sake, sugar, garlic, and ginger to make the marinade.
2. Add the beef pieces to the marinade and let it sit for at least 15 minutes.
3. Thread the beef pieces and green onions onto skewers, alternating between them.
4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
5. Grill the skewers for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the beef is cooked to your liking.
6. Serve hot and enjoy!
