Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, chopped cabbage, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, and minced ginger. Mix well.
Place a small spoonful of the filling in the center of each dumpling wrapper. Fold the wrapper and seal the edges with water.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little oil. Place the dumplings in the skillet and cook until the bottoms are golden brown.
Add a small amount of water to the skillet and cover. Steam the dumplings for about 5 minutes or until cooked through.
