Ingredients 

Dumpling Filling

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 cup Chopped cabbage
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Minced ginger
  • 1 package Dumpling wrappers

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, chopped cabbage, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, and minced ginger. Mix well.
  2. Place a small spoonful of the filling in the center of each dumpling wrapper. Fold the wrapper and seal the edges with water.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little oil. Place the dumplings in the skillet and cook until the bottoms are golden brown.
  4. Add a small amount of water to the skillet and cover. Steam the dumplings for about 5 minutes or until cooked through.
