Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef stew meat cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup Carrots sliced
  • 1 cup Celery sliced
  • 1 cup Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 4 cups Beef broth
  • 1 cup Tomatoes diced
  • 1 cup Potatoes diced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Dried basil

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, brown the beef stew meat over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the carrots, celery, onion, and garlic. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
  3. 3. Pour in the beef broth and bring to a boil.
  4. 4. Add the tomatoes, potatoes, salt, pepper, thyme, and basil. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
  5. 5. Serve hot and enjoy!
